Submitting a Ticket

The easiest way to submit a ticket is:

  1. Click on the TMPros icon in the system tray
  2. Click Submit Ticket
  3. Type your name
  4. Type your company email address
  5. Choose the appropriate Queue, most often Support is appropriate
  6. Set the priority appropriately
  7. Type a brief descriptive subject. For example: "Company Name - Microsoft Outlook is asking me for a password"
  8. Type a detailed description of the problem.
  9. If possible, attach a screenshot using "Upload a File" field.
  10. Type your best call back phone number(s) in the "Callback Number" field.

Once submitted, expect one of our experienced Technology Management Professionals to reach out to you and begin working on your issue.
